  about me

I am a technology enthusiast, Sci-Fi addict and animal lover. I most recently worked for 5 1/2 years as an information systems manager for a large national retailer in New York City. I now work as an independent consultant, devising unique, cost effective integration solutions of computers and technology for my clients. I divide my free time with computer research/experimentation and mutimedia & computer graphics design. I also enjoy the entertainment and relaxation I derive from my menagerie of exotic animals. In the past, I have worked as a renowned patina artist in a well known bronze sculpture foundry, a master jeweler for one of the world's finest quality manufacturers, a model maker and production manager for several award winning point of purchase (POP) display companies and as a successful computer consultant and systems analyst in the NYC Metropolitan area. Hi, this is Warren!

HOME

I live in a high rise apartment building in Union City, NJ which hangs off the edge of the Pallisade Cliffs overlooking the Hudson River, with NYC skyline & harbor view.

I share it with my family of pets including a baby Senegal parrot, a Red Eared Slider turtle, a Royal (Ball) python and a variety of exotic marine fish in a custom built 200 gallon salt water aquarium of my own design.

    hobbies

I am an avid reader, both recreational and technical as well as a devoted audiofile who loves music of all kinds (except for 'twangy' country/western). I love restoring old vinyl records and cassette tapes through computer enhancement to CD. I also enjoy traveling and fly 3.5 hours to San Juan Puerto Rico for long weekends with perfect weather on the beach every month or so for short escapes from the nasty cold of northeast winters.
